We're seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Trader to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quantitative trading strategies across multiple asset classes. This role requires deep expertise in statistical modeling, market microstructure, and high-frequency trading systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies using statistical arbitrage, market making, and momentum techniques
• • Conduct research on market microstructure and price dynamics across multiple exchanges
• • Optimize trading algorithms for ultra-low latency execution and maximum profitability
• • Monitor and manage risk exposure across multiple strategies and asset classes
• • Collaborate with systems engineers to improve trading infrastructure and performance
• • Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve strategy performance
• • Stay current with market developments and regulatory changes affecting trading strategies

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• • PhD or Master's degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related field
• • 3+ years of experience in quantitative trading or algorithmic trading
• • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Rust
• • Deep understanding of statistical modeling and time series analysis
• • Experience with high-frequency trading systems and market data
• • Knowledge of derivatives pricing and risk management
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• • Experience with machine learning and AI techniques in trading
• • Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and DeFi protocols
• • Experience with FPGA programming or hardware acceleration
• • Published research in quantitative finance or related fields
• • Experience with multi-asset trading strategies
